Before order processing starts, we require a successful payment authorization. Please consult the actual checkout for the methods enabled and available for that order.

Authorization is subject to provider controls, which can include review, refusal, or verification requests. Billing data must be accurate. We may postpone or cancel an order if payment is incomplete, deemed high risk, or impossible to verify.

Complete card numbers are not kept on this website. Failed payments, refusals, chargebacks, payment disputes, authorization holds, and exchange-rate questions should normally be raised with the issuer or payment provider.

The original payment method is ordinarily used for an approved refund; consult the Refund Policy for the relevant conditions.
