Refund Policy

Our return and exchange window lasts 30 days from delivery. We accept defective and non-defective merchandise, provided it is new, unused, in original condition, and accompanied by its original packaging, tags, and all included accessories.

Mail is the return method. A return label comes in the package at no cost, and there is no restocking fee. Authorization is required before you mail the item back.

Start a request with the order number, checkout email address, and a description of the reason. Non-defective reasons include changing your mind, individual preference, or choosing the wrong product. If the concern involves a defect, damage, an incorrect item, missing pieces, or a substantial discrepancy from the description, explain it clearly. For damage, defects, incorrect shipments, and shortages, also provide photos or video of the item and packaging.

Replacement choices depend on current stock. When a refund is approved, we process it within 10 days and return it through the original payment method. Any later delay in account posting is determined by the bank or payment service.
