Shipping Policy

For orders placed through this website, the following guidance covers shipment of kitchen equipment, cookware, tools, and associated accessories. A destination must be supported by the checkout before an order can be shipped there.

Allow roughly 1–2 business days for normal order handling, followed by an anticipated 3–5 business days in transit after dispatch. These are estimates, not promises, and processing time is not included in the transit estimate. Shipping charges and any qualification for free shipping are confirmed in checkout.

Customers are responsible for supplying the correct street address, email, and phone information. Available tracking updates will be communicated after shipment. Report a stalled or lost parcel with the order number, checkout email, destination, and tracking code. We can then pursue the relevant carrier inquiry.

When a delivered parcel cannot be located, first check nearby safe places and with others at the address, then notify us. If the item or package arrives damaged, save both and provide clear photographs. Carrier coverage, package dimensions, legal limitations, and address eligibility can restrict service; explain your concern in detail so we can review possible solutions.
